Excellent machine.... Using it since last one month and have no complaints... Super silent in single fan speed..... Fitting was done very well.... Though voltas people took sometime initially but everything was done in professional manner by them..... Even though i had no opening in wall for split ac as I was using window ac previously..... Just go ahead and buy this... Without any hesitation....

Satisfied with the LG AC

I am satisfied with this AC purchase. At the time of ordering, I didn’t know that the installation of 5 star rated LG was free of cost. AC arrived at my city on a Saturday evening. Blue dart delivered it on Monday evening citing inclemental weather conditions. Apart from that I didn’t have any other problems. Installation request was raised by Amazon on my behalf. Installation was done on Tuesday itself. When the technicians told me about free installation(only for 5 star rated ACs), my joy knew no bounds.. Highly recommend LG products to everyone

Super product!!

This is a 30 day review. I had to purchase a new AC for my 200 sqft room. As per many websites a 2 ton would be required to sufficiently cool the room but after some research went with this one anyway and I am glad I did not buy a 2 ton.

Good:

- Faster cooling

- Very silent, shows 35 DB on decibel meter.

- Energy control function can save you up to 60 percent on electricity bills. Hoping to recover bucks paid extra in a year. :)

- Horizontal auto swing which is not available on many top end ACs in the market

- 3M filter

Bad:

- None so far but will update if found any. Summer performance yet to be evaluated.

Tip: The AC installation contractors, ask them about all the extra charges upfront. I was quoted Rs. 4000 for core cutting so I had to find someone else. Got the work done in Rs. 500 with simple drill machine. Core cutting is required only if drilling is needed through concrete columns and not a brick wall.

Good product

Guys Let me give you fair review on this product, I am writing this review after using it for 2 months.

yes, charges for installation are high compare to other brands and drainage pipe is not that long. Also you don't require any stabilizer for inverter AC But if you compare with service and coiling capacity this product does deserve 5 star. I have installed this 1.5 ton AC in 12x13 room size and it takes only 5 to 10 minutes to get it cooled.

Out Door Unit sound is not high also stand is not coming with any AC so people who says stand comes with AC unit are wrong.

Awesome Ac

After a week use I’m so happy with this 1.5 ton 4star voltas AC over carrier with 3star on same price. very fast cooling with in a min and very efficient energy saving . Its consuming 8-9units/day for 12-14 hours usages daily .

Fantasic product from Voltas

I am writing this review after using the Voltas ac last 45days. First of all, thanks for Voltas and Amazon for giving such a big opportunity to use this product. Very fast cooling, user friendly. I have received the product with in 18hrs and I have received call from Voltas after 6 hrs for installation. Installation of Voltas also very good. Nice technicians. They charged only Rs.1250/- instead of Rs.1500/- ( Amazon suggested fees). Once again Thanks to Amazon and Cloudtail India for such a fantastic offer to me.
